The Process Tomogrphy(PT), which developed fastly in the recent 10 years, has great potential in detecting of multi-component flow and applying foreground in industry. Electrical Capacitance Tomography(ECT) has the advantage of low cost, fast response, simple structure, fargoing application, being non-intrusive and good safety, now is in the mainstream and hotspot of the Process Tomogrphy. It is based on capacitance sensing principle.The paper mainly discussed the mathematics model research on the image reconstruction of the Electrical Capacitance Tomography. Presently there are mainly three methods about math's modeling, the author pay more attention to the study of ECT on the basis of these methods, considering the characteristic of electric field, the finite element method is the most outstanding one of the present methods in modeling on the image reconstruction, the main idea and model of the finite element method is listed and the trait is analysed;The author put forward a new method of model—gridding division, the main idea of it is educing the function's expression of image based on the measurable boundary point. The construction of this dissertation are as follows:(1) To separate the image into small image with gridding line, the boundary and image's function of these small parts are unknown.(2)Suppose the boundary function of these small image, we get these small image's boundary function according to the boundary measurement point, the inner immeasurable point and the function of inner boundary.(3)Combined above function of these small image, we take use of the Green formula to get the function of these small image,(4)We could get the approximate function of the original image according to these small image functions. Thus the image reconstruction process is finished.According to above steps, we show and prove this new method,at the same time, we get the solution of the mathematics model of the image reconstruction .
