By analyzing the development status and the trend of elevator core control systems in-depth and in detail, the paper determines the software program of intelligent elevator control system based on a variety of network protocols. It focuses on the design and realization of HMI(Human Machine Interface), wireless alarm based on GPRS, the supervision of elevator state based on Ethernet, based on elevator core controller with AT91RM9200 and Embedded Linux.Builds a flexible HMI, implements the dynamic configuration of parameters for the manipulation of an elevator, the real-time display of elevator states in the local field and the query of fault history based on Dot Matrix LCD Module and keyboard, builds a JFFS2(Journaling Flash File System Version 2) file system on flash memory to guarantee the storage of elevator parameters in the case that the system is powered off.Designs a tiny UDP/IP/PPP protocol stack for wireless alarm module based on GPRS, implements the voice alarm in the local field, telephone alarm, SMS alarm, UDP data alarm through Internet for the elevator, extends the range of elevator supervision, makessure the fault diagnosis of elevator can be processed in time. By researching on the socket programming in embedded Linux system, the paper implements the supervision of an elevator based on UDP protocol, the file downloading and uploading for parameters of the manipulation of elevator and the fault history based on TCP protocol, takes advantage of both UDP and TCP transmission protocols, improves the performance of remote supervision and management of the elevator.In the end, each function is testified on the virtual simulation platform. The designed elevator control system implements the in-depth combination of elevator control and network communication, takes the advantage of embedded Linux in the aspect of network communication, possesses practical value in elevator control field . Besides, it can be utilized in other industrial control fields.
