Research On Adaptive Software Architecture Of Performance Evaluation In Public Administration

In the field of public administration performance evaluation, there are some requirements to adapt to the different local government public administrations in different regions and different historical periods. The rapid development of computer technology not only provides low-cost conditions for the informationization realization of the public administration performance evaluation, but also can enhance the efficiency of the evaluation to ensure the reliability and validity of the evaluation results, and enhance the decision-making potential. The software development is the most important thing in the informationization of the public administration performance evaluation. This paper focuses on building the adaptive software architecture of performance evaluation in public administration, to solve the adaptive problem of performance evaluation indexes and their operations. Designing a tool platform infrastructure, it can integrate evaluation indexes and algorithms currently whether they are at home or abroad. It attempts to promote the solution to the social science problem from the engineering sight.A performance evaluation index is a hierarchical form of indices. Before the index is used in evaluation, the child nodes of the index need to be deleted, modified or expanded. Using the XML to describe the index, it creates a format based on the contents of the performance index, and it makes the index easy understanding no matter by people or computer program.The performance evaluation needs the user to interact repeatedly with the performance evaluation system, thus the system user interface is flexible and changeable. MVC classic design pattern meets this demand. To make the index operation module flexibility, this paper maps the model, view and controller to the performance evaluation system's three-tier structure, show layer, middle layer and data layer.A good framework structure is the key to a success software project. The performance evaluation software which needs the adaptability is more so. This paper increases MVC from the design pattern to the framework lever, with specific areas of performance evaluation, from the overall perspective of the entire performance evaluation system in public administration for planning. It finally designs an adaptive framework structure, be a foundation of the software system design. The adaptive tools infrastructure for performance evaluation creates the conditions for the extensive application of theory. A growing number of studies have tended to use the self-adaptive artificial intelligence algorithms to study the specific practice areas. So the software system developed from"the adaptive one"to"the self-adaptive one"will be the future research direction.
