With the development of enterprises information system, more attention has been paid to the problem of sharing information and collaboration between various information systems. Therefore, in order to realize data sharing and business collaboration among systems in enterprises, a new integration method is needed to link multiple systems, and form a distributed business architectures under which resources can be shared and business process can be clubbed together. EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) becomes an effective solution. As the combination of processes, software, standards and hardware , EAI results in the seamless integration of two or more enterprise systems and allows them to operate as one. This paper is arranged as follows: firstly, it summarizes the reason of EAI's coming into being and developing, and how significative it is to an enterprise. At the same time, it describes the status and advantage of message-based EAI. Secondly, a message-based pattern for enterprise application integration is put forward in this paper , Middleware), after analyzing the existing techniques of EAI and combining the theory of MOM(Message Oriented . A MOM application system is built by MSMQ (Microsoft Messaging Queue),BizTalk Server and XML (Extensible Markup Language) ,which provides a compositive circumstance to exchange of different systems' data and functions. This message-based pattern is lax-coupling,credible and flexible. This paper expound the analysis, design, conformation and key techniques of the new pattern .Lastly, the feasibility of the EAI pattern is validated, and the development's details of the instance are described, by integrating a project's instance.
