Sintering is the most elementary and critical working procedure in sensor production process. Some deficiencies within a certain range of sensors can be corrected by adjusting the sintering technology before sintering procedure, and the sintering waste unable to be rescued from later procedures, so it has a decisive influence on the quality of sintering production whether the sintering procedure and equipment are appropriate. According to this situation, it designs a kind of high-performance sensor sintering measurement-control instrument based on processing property and characteristic of the sensors.The sintering measurement-control instrument for sense component which is designed in constant current heating methode is introduced in this paper. The program-controlled constant-current source circuit is used as the sintering circuit of the equipment. The program-controlled constant-current source circuit is controlled by pulse-width signal which is output by microcontroller timer. The sintering temperature can be gradually increased in the whole sintering progress, and the sintering time can be controlled by program.Consequently, the product quality of the sensor can be assured. The author's work assignments include several aspects:1. It is conducted to design the hardware of sensor sintering monitor, which includes the microprocessor control module, sensor plugboard module, constant-current source circuit module, pulse-width modulation digit to analogue circuit module, voltage reference source module and peripheral circuit module.2. It is conducted to design the software of sensor sintering monitor, which is realized on the platform ofμC/OS-II. According to the needs of system and the basic requirement of tast decomposition, the system is divided into five tasks, such as LED display, AD converter, loading current and so on, which is controlled byμC/OS-II.3. It is conducted to debugge the sintering monitor and it is analysed the error of the system.
