Intelligent Video Surveillance Study Based On B/S

With the rapid development of the Internet and image processing technologies and the raising of public safety requirement, the scale of video surveillance systems expand unceasingly, network intelligent video surveillance systems have been installed and deployed, such as traffic monitoring and intelligent plot, banks, schools, and other areas. As hardware and network environment to continually improve and enhance, it becomes possible to make overall and macroscopic management to each dispersible monitor system, and intelligent video surveillance system is an important development direction of the modern monitoring. Therefore, the research of intelligent network video monitor system is of great theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, based on the summary and analysis of the relevant research works home and abroad, in view of intelligent security monitoring application needs, we designed a stable and efficient Intelligent video surveillance system, it is applied based on the B/S video surveillance system Web server and database server model, and it also can find out and categories the moving objects in the monitoring scene.First, we analyzed the structure of the server system, used the new software technology, used B/S, database, ActiveX technology completed the entire system design; Second, used database to achieve the video image data bulk storage, read, update and maintenance, we translated the image format from bmp into jpeg, it is useful for the large image database compressing, the research of the video image data storage and management is of great practical significance. Last, in the area of detect and classify the moving objects, we extracted the moving objects in the monitoring scene based on the background subtraction method, and use the feature information to classify the moving objects.On the basis of the above Design and Research, In the Windows environment using VC + + systems to develop the software system and realize all the designed function, and the experiment results indicate that, the system has good stability, excellent scalability, high reliability.
