With the development of science and the progress of medical research, people's understanding through thrombus and hemostasis is more and more profound, the request of examine method is also more and more advanced. At the same time, analytic instrument has had the current characteristics of micromation, integration and conveniency day after day.μTAS is the representation in this period. With the development of microfluidic technology, especially the advancement in detection, it is more and more important to analyse and detect micro-substance using microfluidic chips. Our research is to use microfluidic chip as detecting container, and the function of injecting the reagent, reacting and detecting are to be done all together.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the traditional examination principle and method, our work studies the basic method of cruor testing using microfluidic chip. Firstly, we design a frame called centrifugal force running microfluidic chip, which can finish the mixture and reaction of the plasm and reagent during the chip's circumrotation. Then we take the red light or blue light as the constant photosource. The light beam goes through the detecting area, and on the other side of the chip there is a silicon photronic generator which will receive the luminous intensity signals. Because of the chemical reaction, the plasma congeals, so the luminous intensity changes. The silicon photoelectric generator transforms the luminous intensity signals to the electrical signals. After acquiring the electrical signal, the entire process of congeals may be demonstrated. And after the data processing and calculation, the requested information is acquired.Our work mainly designed and improved the machine part of the system. We chose microfluidic chip to substitute the traditional cuvette as testing container, so as to correct the objection of cuvette, as well as improve the precision and reliability of the system. Meanwhile, we improved the hardware of the system and designed the software based on the LabVIEW platform servers, to improve the accuracy, reliability and stability of the system. During the designing and improving process, we have also done many effective experiments.Compared with the traditional cuvette system, using microfluidic chip as testing container can wipe off lens effect, the plasm and the reagent mixed uniformly, and the experiments have good consistency. The success of this system will promote the medicine examination technology of our country. It can also quicken the microfluidic chip industrialization and provide analytic instrument new economic increase.
