As we can see, with the rapidly development of the traffic project and vehicle industrial's in our country, now, more and more cars are running in the road, so we cannot slight this point: over loading makes great damage to the road security, beside the traffic security. Luckily many provinces have begun to attach great importance to this urgent problem and want to enhance the road manage level. In order to improve the roads maintenance, it has become a very important task to develop an accurate, complete and practical weighting system to meet the needs of the traffic controllers.The intelligent weighting system is a researched direction of Cars Weighting technology in nowadays. This paper's main work is to research and implement the intelligent weighting system. In the base of reference many correlation literature, we analyze the weighting system's MCU and the elements of the analog weighting sensor single collection. Besides, we also introduce the theory that using multi-sensors to measure force and brings up a new special module. The signal amplify and ADC is a important part of this article.Owing to the abundance functions of advanced programming language, this task use VC++ 6.0 to design user interface, combining with ACCESS as the database system, and shows the main designing steps. We also bat around the design communication module between the upper-machine and the lower-machine. At the last chapter of this paper, we tell of the demarcate process of the sensors. The errors of the system and dependability check of the software/hardware are narrated.This article's main research work is using the up to date singlechip : MSC121x series to implement the fleetness,high-efficiency,high integration's weighting module and consummate,friendly's user module. The organization of this paper is show in the above:By analyzing the need of the research of this cars weighting system, and introducing the development and actuality of the electron-weighting apparatus, showing the parts which constitute the weighting system. The weighting system requires precision and efficiency, we come true these features through out the MCU module. We use MSC1210 as the system's MCU, discuss the action of the MSC1210's PGA and ADC, and introduce the program designing in particularly. Communication module is the important part of this system, we discuss the most universal interface: the RS-232 serial port and introduce how to actualize the communication module in upper-machine and lower-machine.The weighting system not only need stabilization and effection but friendly,consummate user interface and self-contained database manage system, in this part of our article, we discuss particular in the realize of the software of the upper-machine and the database system, in addition, we have proper introduce in the software designing flow and the COX unit. At the last part of this paper, we talk about the theory of the system testing, divide into two parts to discuss, the hardware and the software. The most important, we recommend the linearity regression equation to compute the demarcation of he sensor, in existence condition, we only make the demarcation at the small weight.Weighting technology is in progress everyday, our work is inappreciable to the whole weighting industry, but we make our great efforts, so we believe we can do our best in the same or different job in the future.
