Multi-beam TWT is based on single-beam TWT, but it has more efficiency, less volume, less weight, less voltage and more reliability, it can easily used to frequency conversion. All those characteristic make it suitable for future weapon's needs. But it's structure is too complicated, it needs high precision, and can be influence by many factors, it cost very much to make. So we need CAD tools to Multi-beam TWT's research.Multistage depressed collectors are used in traveling wave tubes to enhance the overall efficiency of the device. Very dedicated procedures for multi-beam TWT collector were developed on the base of Particle In Cell algorithm. Compared to the result of TAU, the errors of the PIC simulation results are very little. A two stages depressed collector of a five beams TWT has been designed and simulated using the software, and the results were analyzed. It shows that the software satisfies the precision needs.
