The Application Of Design Methodology In The Design Of The Cartesian-coordinate Manipulator

In this project, the deisign methodological principles and methods have been applied to the design of the Cartesian-coordinate manipulator for the design and development of product scientifical. We establish the table of requirement based on task of aim, then analyse the Cartesian-coordinate manipulator and find out its main movement. Then we establish the table of function and catalogue. also we appraise project by weight number and fuzzy mathematic and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Finally we design a actual Cartesian-coordinate manipulator using this principle.In this project, the design methodological principles and methods have been applied successfully to the product development of the sign with Cartesian-coordinate manipulator. The aim of verifying design mehodology as well as developing product has been attained. It has proved that the principles and methods of design methodology are universally applicable. It is a beneficial try, and a successful practices of design methodology as well.
