As a sub-domain of Software Engineering, Requirement Engineering is an important stage of software life cycle, and runs through the whole software lifespan. As software is getting widely used and deepened, its importance is more and more outstanding. The Requirement Engineering Methodology studies methods of realizing the requirement engineering process and develops quickly. The study on different aspects the Requirement Engineering Methodology and some brilliant exposition lay foundations of the development of Requirement Engineering. As a new and more abstract modeling technology, Agent is increasingly noticed by people. To meet the needs of Agent application and design, nowadays some analysis methods have appeared, such as KAOS,I~* Frame,Gaia,Tropos etc.At present, there appears a new viewpoint on the study of Requirement Engineering that requirement engineering activity consists of two stages: early requirement analysis and late requirement analysis. Based on this, this paper, to combine the I* Frame of early requirement modeling and commonly-used late requirement modeling tools—UML language, puts forward a modeling frame on Agent requirement, which divides Requirement Engineering into two stages: early requirement availability and late requirement standards. On the former stage, I* Strategy Model is adapted to describe the interplay between Agent Intention in organic background and Agent ,while on the later stage, expanded UML is adapted to build the unified requirement model. To connect them and keep the model unified, the paper also provides unified model reflection rules for the transmission from the early requirement availability to the late requirement standards. At last through the analysis of Intelligent Psychological Consulting System cases, the paper presents the main process of system modeling and analysis.
