Studies And Design On The Expert System Of Psychological Consultation And Web Test For Soldiers

With the flourishing development of computer and network technology, the styles we work and live are update rapidly day by day. And the information technology has gained its extensive applications and abroad foreground in the field of psychological consultation. Various forms of psychological services such as on-line consultation, web test, the network-phone consultation, psychological consultation forum have appeared in the net. All of these provide new ways and methods for psychological consultation. That applying the technology to the psychological work in the army has great practical significance of improving soldiers' psychological quality and insuring the safety and stabilization of the army.Based on deep investigation and study of troops, we made an objective requirement analysis of soldiers' psychological state and submitted the general design scheme for the on-line psychological consultation system after fully demonstration of the necessity and feasibility for researching and developing the system. According to the vagueness and inaccuracy of this special field, we submitted a knowledge representation based on Fuzzy Weighting Logic. Furthermore we developed a grammar-explained system to extract psychological knowledge efficiently, constructed a SQL Server 2000-based database to manage and maintain knowledge and designed a Fuzzy Weighting Logic-based inference machine to reason and diagnosis the information counselors offered.Also we designed a foreground interface which is considered to be convenient to interactive between human and machine. Through the interface, we can connect psychological test and each part of the consultation system as an entirety and construct a CAPF psychological consultation expert system based on man-machine interaction technology. And to demonstrate that the system can take psychological diagnosis efficiently, an example is presented.At the end of this paper, we take a summarization and prospect of the research and development of the expert system; propose its advantages and disadvantages; discuss its development prospect in the domains of psychological consultation and put forward some concrete proposals for improving the system.
