The general PID controller has the merits of simple algorithm, high precision and high reliability, the main problem is to regulate its parameters.For a certain controlled object, it can get as atisfied controlling effect by properly regulating its parameters.However, for an uncertain and nonlinear complex controlled system, which has a large lag, it is hard to regulate its parameters and get expecting results. Fuzzy Control has the merits of no relying on object's model and high adaptability,but has errors in the stable state.Therefore,up on the features of general PID controller and Fuzzy controller,they combine to make a new Fuzzy PID controler.The Fuzzy PID controller has both merits of them,so it can get the expecting Results.The dissertation will research this controling method and algorithm.Machine Tool Control System is one of the important components in Numerical Control Machine Tool. Its capabilities may directly affect The Numerical Control Machine Tool. When feed control system is designed, it must satisfy the designing requirements,then it can insure the positioning precision and dynamical and static state characters of feed control system.Thus, it can insure machining precision of a machining tool. Modern Numerical Control MachineTool trends toward to high speed,high efficiency,high precision and high automation.The designing requirement for machine tool feed control system has been more and more higher.so characteristics of dynamical and static state characters of control system should be studied deeply, which is very important to improve the performance of Numerical Control Machine Tool.This dissertation take the typical Numerical Control Machine Tool Feeding control System as a study object,this dissertation design an intelligent Self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller by fuzzy switch rule,based on the virtue of the Self-adaptive control, Fuzzy control and PID control, this controller can automatically adjust Fuzzy proportion gene. In the designing controller, the controller we designed can automatically adjust control parameters, switch control arithmetic for the sake of adapting the system dynamic performances in the different work status.In order to improve the feasibility and validity of this intelligent Self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller, this dissertation goes along simulation and experiment in the various status by Matlab application.The experiment's result show that the intelligent Self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller has more robust and resistant to outside interfere, it can meet needs of high speed and high precision of CNC system.
