Research Of Powder-Moisture-Testing System Based On Capacity Sensing Device

The moisture content widely exists in the nature material, which is the material important characteristic. The moisture content must maintain in certain scope in processing, production and preserved process of mineral, lumber, tea, grain, drugs, food and so on. Regarding the gunpowder is so, moisture content influences gunpowder quality seriously. Because the gunpowder moisture content distribution is complex, whose influence factor is many, it is difficult to realize precise examination and online examination of water content. While enhancing the gunpowder quality requirement, fast examination of water content is important, so research of powder-moisture-testing system has profound significance for production of gunpowder. At present, there are many kinds of moisture content examination methods, such as the method of drying- weightlessness and so on. Because these methods can not satisfy the request of on-line testing, seeking the fast and precise online-testing method of powder-moisture is urgent.This paper researches powder-moisture-testing system based on capacity sensing device in detail. This powder-moisture-testing system based on capacity sensing device can test moisture content quickly, satisfying the request of online testing, while blowing a whistle as a warning when moisture content is not acceptable, guarantying the product quality.This paper analyzes many merits and demerits of moisture-testing technology; designs the capacity sensing devise of this system; does many experiments proving basic principles and influence factors, represents model building method of system; designs overall structure drawing, online-testing mechanical installation diagram of powder-moisture-testing system based on capacity sensing device; designs the key circuit of powder-moisture-testing system based on capacity sensing device, balance die block; designs software flow process chart of final data handling.
