Under guidance of the macroscopical design principle and the state design theory of the Stored Testing and Measuring System (STMS), and thought of the design guideline of modularizing, this paper introduces and studies the high-overload measuring system applied in testing fuse environment.Based on understanding developmental actuality and trend of solid state recorder, the paper adopts FPGA as main control chip and FLASH as storage chip to design the electronic recording system. Based on technical demands of this system, it also analyzes technical-ties for realizing system detailedly and puts forward to corresponding methods, and expatiates the design methods of modularizing and design flow process. Describing state chain for the system in the paper, this compartmentalizes relations among modules more, and embodies the thought of modularizing. In power supply and clock generating circuit, we select battery with anti-impact and anti-vibrating and design applied and reliable power supply scheme through plenty of experimentations time after time. In clock generating circuit, we choose RC oscillation circuit as clock scheme to supply system clock source. About structure design, from theoretical calculation to strong finite element analysis (FAE) accessorial software, ANSYS, which makes structure more reasonable and reliable.The paper combines current documentation with project practice, during high impact acceleration measurement, for zero-shift problems, the paper analyzes the reason of producing these problems in theory and provides the methods of solving these problems. In addition, it expatiates the technology of anti-high-overload from mechanics and electronics. On the one hand, it still analyzes mechanism and process on penetration detailedly and puts forward to the methods of anti-high-overload. On the other hand, from studying on characteristics of foam aluminum and buffering materials, I put forward to buffering materials with better buffering efficiency that apply to high-overload environment, and in experimentation, we achieve a nice effect.Illustrated by practice, the high-overload measuring system that we had developed can endure testing under high-overload environment. During experimentation, the system obtained all data accurately and perfectly.
