Chariot is one of the most important equips of land army. It is necessarily and significative to test the dynamic parameter of the important components in engine and actuating system. It is difficult to supply power to the testing set which is working on the revolving mechanical parts, like transmission shaft. In order to solve this problem, the outside energy transmission technology is introduced in this paper.First of all, we bring forward a scheme of wireless power transmission based on electromagnetic coupling, which can be used in the actual project. Then, we introduced the basic knowledge of the electromagnetic coupling, and analyzed the difficulties and the principal points in the design of wireless power transmission set, especially resonance compensate, winding antenna, the relation of the frequency and energy. After of all, guided by theory, we achieve the design of electromagnetic coupling set and circuitry board. The power source is made up of sine wave signal generator and power amplifier, the energize coil and the induction coil are coaxial and concentric, the receiving end is made up of full wave rectification circuitry and regulator.There are lots of advantages of the wireless power transmission based on electromagnetic coupling. In this way , you can transmission the energy from the power side to the test system on the shaft, no matter whether the shaft is revolving, no matter the revolving speed of the shaft is big or small, an no matter the direction of the revolve is what.
