This is because genetic algorithm is an optimization random algorithm which simulates natural selection and natural inheritance mechanism and a math algorithm of computer analysis which uses for reference of biology genetic rule. The main characteristic is colony search strategy and colony individual information exchange. It would be the same with dealing with classical search means which is hard to solve the complex and non-linear problem. Genetic algorithm has inherence parallel character, global search and fast convergence speed, and it fits dealing with auto-generating examination paper problem.At first, this paper introduces the background of this problem and the research circs on the relational subject. Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, on the base of reading relational literature datum, this paper combines with the character of vehicle driver theory examination system and describes the fitter auto-generating examination paper mathematics model and algorithm which based on genetic algorithm. On the later chapters, this paper implements the auto-generating algorithm and joins it in the theory examination system which uses ASP.NET and AJAX technology based on Internet.
