With the development of wireless communications, the design of the RF transmit system especially RF high power amplifier linearization are more and more difficulty. Many domestic and foreign companies and universities are making research on the architecture and system of RF power amplifier.The design of the RF predistortion amplify system discussed in this paper is used for better realize the linearization of the RF high power amplifier, especially for the application of WCDMA base station.Through analysis and argument, this paper illustrates the signification of designing predistortion power amplifier system, and compares the architecture and dominance of various leading linearization technologies, then based on the requirement of WCDMA standards and power amplifier index, puts forward to a feasible architecture of RF predistortion amplify system. Through making a complete system for RF predistortion linearization, realize the adaptive linearization research of RF power amplifier. After seriously devices selection and system analysis, this paper finishes the design of system principle diagram and makes the PCB board. The test scheme is brought out in the last part of this paper. |
