Analysis And Design Of Enterprise Human Resource Management System Architecture Based On J2EE

J2EE is opening platform which is adapter to be a multilayer distributed enterprise application.In this thesis, it depicts the basic theory knowledge of enterprise human resource management system firstly. According to characteristic of interface which is offered by human resource management system, it describes function requirement of the Human Resource Web Application Framework (HRWAF). Specially, it illustrates design and realization in system structure and application developing environment and every level's core technologies based on J2EE standard in detail. Based on J2EE standard, it also mainly consults MVC development mode to design web process controlling of system architecture. Specially, it analyses core design model and design thinking and realization strategy in the HRWAF deeply.Human Resource Web Application Framework (HRWAF) offers an agility, high efficiency, extendable and configurable application framework, which makes the developing of each subsystem just paying more attention to business logical implementation because HRWAF encapsulates many technologies specific which mainly includes web process controlling and database operation in detail. It provides an unification, vindicate easily and high reusing e-HR system architecture. Specially, HRWAF uses fashionable Hibernate frame technology in the persistence level and combine Action open source component to offer simple and flexible and quick realization strategy for database application development. It reduces the complexity of developing process and improves the efficiency of system development greatly.
