The Optimization And Improvement Of EMSN In Hisunsray Call Center

Since entering the 21st century, China's telecommunications industry developed rapidly and people's level of communication is higher and higher. Call Center is developing more rapidly, call center products is changing; constantly, from the beginning of the phone calls, to the current fashions of voice and the Internet, and other means mixed calls, in the coming 3G times, it is necessary to develop integrated video, wireless call to provide better spiritual and cultural life for the large number of users.This paper starts from the practice project, combining Hisunsray Information Technology Co. Ltd. EMSN platform optimization project, analysis and research the part that can be transformed and optimized in the project deeply. They also put forward a realistic optimization and upgrading programmed, in the project has been implemented.My assignment of the project is, at the beginning, try to propose optimization to the platform, at the middle times, I was responsible part of coding, at the late times, take integration testing and stress testing for the final platform.During the research, I cost some time to familiar with the structure of the call center platform, in accordance with the requirement of 3G, do the following work:1) Optimization structure of the platform;2) Add the SIP module into access layer;3) Realize video conferencing capabilities;4) Take pressure test to platform;5) Call Center product developing trends. This paper analyses the call center products based by EMSN of Hisunsray Information Technology Co. Ltd. In-depth research in the structure of access layer, according to the platform's requirement supporting 3G video business, update the platform from voice to video, and put implementation, this paper from the macro to micro, both background, the prospects of analysis and research, also in the preparation and testing of code.
