The Design And Implementation For Enterprise Email System Based On Dual-Mode Smart Phone

As the basic system of the enterprise information system, Enterprise email is an important communication and collaboration tool day-to-day work. To meet the increasing demand for mobile office, it made a new mobile email solution. Now mobile email users receive email manually and actively, from the technical view this is based on Pull technology. And the project provides a new innovative email solution for the smart phone. The smart phone with this enterprise email solution is a revolutionary communication tool, which allows users to send and receive email wherever they go. Push mail software allows customers to access their e-mail on their wireless devices in real time.This paper mainly divided into two parts: enterprise email system design and enterprise email system testing.The design of the enterprise email system part elaborated the specific client software, including GUI design, interface design, email format and coding, syncml technology, push technology and so on. Main design thought, design frame, special skills and some codes are introduced.In the part of enterprise email system testing, the basic theory of software test are presented at first. Then the paper introduces test case design and the defect tracking tools used in the system test.In the end the test methods and example are introduced.The test result on the phone-under-test shows it has a high quality and the software runs in a good way. The software has the main functions, meets the user's needs ,and has a good scalability and portability.
