The Research And Implement Of Business QOS Management Base On SLA Process

The management of QOS is an important part in Network and Business management, Also It is one of the valuable trend for the OSS/BSS. The OSS/BSS system developed by the lab needs adding this function to adapt this future and the customer's requirement.To Implement Of Business QOS Management in the BOSS, firstly paper study some theory like SLA and QOS. Base on these theory paper research the method that how to apply SLA process to collect the QOS data and to accomplish the Management of QOS. Then paper define four Part of the QOS management function. Using the method, Paper describe how to add two kinds of data type: SR (Service Request Data) and SP (Service Provide Data), paper talked that how to create data model and database having some status and time information. In this section, Base on the data model and database having status and time information, Paper analyze the function model of the pre-OSS/BSS system, and design how to accomplish the four function. In the last, paper also analyzed the performance issues bring by the new function. And describe how to test the new function module and the whole system.
