Although these documnets are posted on the college site, but no clear classification, indexing and search mechanisms .Visitor had to manual retrieval these files, it is an inefficiency practice. With the passage of time documents will be more and more, the urgent need to build a system capable of effective management. We designed and implemented a content management system can solve the existing problems.First, introduce the CMS concept of history.Secondly, several key technologies related to the introduction.
