In this paper, the reputation model in P2P networks is regarded as the main research target. Fist of all, the P2P foundation concept, the topology of P2P networks and the main application of P2P are introduced. A few kinds of reputation model that are well known are analyzed then and the analysis of security requirement of main P2P application are done. A new kind of trust model based on central server and super node is presented at last.A mathematics model is used to record the history evaluation information of the node. According to the history evaluation information, the standard reputation can be calculated. In this reputation model, the central server provides the services of catalogue search and standard reputation search and the super nodes provide the service of catalogue search, the service of standard reputation search in itself group. Based on the trust model, many kinds of security strategies are presented to solve the problems in P2P networks. As a result, the trust model can discard the malicious peers from peer-to-peer system effectively and improve the rate of successful barter greatly. At the last, incentive mechanism in P2P networks is researched and a new kind of incentive mechanism is presented based on this reputation model. The incentive mechanism can be used nicely to attain the expected purpose and promote fast fluxion of resources and the virtuous cycle of P2P networks.
