Computerized Tomography is one of the most significant productions in the 21th century, it makes a revolutionary breakthrough for the diagnosis. The development of modern medicine image and computer technology as well as their amalgamation made the design and development of visualization medicine auxiliary system which base on CT image come true. The CT medicine image 3D reconstruction technology and its visualization play an important role in diagnosis, surgery layout, analog simulation, artificial limb, radiotherapy layout and teaching in anatomy. The paper introduces frequently-used file format of medicine image, researches on the major method about 2D processing & 3D reconstruction. It works over how to read the medicine image in computer then to display; studies on how to filtrate the yawp by pre- handle (filtration, enhancement, sharp etc), how to divide up the zone of practicable, then reconstruct the 3D surface model base on the segmentation data.In order to get the better espial effect and better operation effect, the paper researches on the method about adjustment of the 3D model vision effect, interactive operation (geometry transform, geometry measure etc) and virtual incision. The paper implements the function of simplication and preservation about 3D surface data simultaneity. At last, we implement our medicine image 2D processing and 3D reconstruction system (3DReConstruction) in Microsoft windows XP, which uses Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and MITK algorithm platform developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences automation research institute. The software implements all functions mention above and completes the task of 2D processing & 3D reconstruction effectively.
