The Research And Design On Web-based Management Consulting Support System

After 20 century ,the rapid development of computer and internet technology (IT) has greatly changed the method of people seeking information .When the great changed in the world, the management consulting industry had changes drastically at same time. How to provide various management consulting service efficiently and effectively for taking advantage in competition ;how to make sure that our clients can get the most professional and rapid management consulting services under the limited time and place which those problems are the key point which many consulting firms had faced to.In this paper, base on analyzing the actual situation about management consulting and researching the requirement and trend of management consulting becoming information-based and net-based. Author considers that using Web technology can actualize researching and designing of the management consulting Support System. The system based on Web data-base, it can achieve sharing information recourse and decision-making tool by on-line service. Integrating many experts who came from different domain.At first author had analyzed the actual situation about management consulting, discussed the aptitude management consulting model which fitted net-base. Secondly author had researched the model of basic function, characteristic of client and main operation. Thirdly author had design a management consulting system based on Web environment. The path of designing showing that after finishing the total framework which consists of system framework module of main function and net-top configuration, author had analyzed the key technology of system application, and finally author had designed the model of system operation.
