Organic light-emitting diodes(OLED)have become a shining star in the electronic display field since the end of 1980s.This technology exhibits bright prospect in photo electricity field due to its advantages of low DC drive voltage, active luminescence,excellent hue saturation,wide visual angle,etc.Nowadays, small-area OLED have been commercially produced in the area of mobile meters,screen of mobile phones and digital cameras,etc.However,some problems,especially on stability and lifetime,still need to be resolved.In this paper,we first produced the process of fabricting OLED by means of vacuum evaporation,including etching of ITO,shaping of film and encapsulating of OLED.Then we analyse the factors which could affect properties of OLED to improve its photoelectric capacity.The paper report an organic light-emitting device with a kind of new electroluminescent materialZn(3-MeBTZ)2 as emitting layer.The device structure:ITO/Zn(3-MeBTZ)2/Al. After testing and analyzing,we get its characteristic emission peakλmax=525 nm, along to green OLED.Through balancing carrier injection,transmission and optimizing film thickness(20nm,30nm,40nm,50nm),we get the optimal emitting layer's thickness is 30nm,and the biggest luminance increase from 32 cd/m2 to 154 cd/m2.At the same time,Uthof the OLED drop to 8.7V from 13V.Secondly,we fabricated an organic light-emitting device with a kind of new electroluminescent material-Tb(BAC)3Phen.After testing and analyzing, we find that Tb(BAC)3Phen could not be used as emitting layer.When NPB is introduced to the OLED,we get its characteristic emission peakλmax=445 nm, color coordinate(CIE):x=0.1537,y=0.1437 and color purity as high as 75.63%, along to blue OLED.Compared with the PL spectrum of Tb(BAC)3 Phen,we think in the above OLED,exciton forms in NPB layer,i.e.Tb(BAC)3 Phen is a choice electronic transmission material.Through optimizing film thickness ratio of NPB and Tb(BAC)3 Phen,we get the biggest luminance is 750 cd/m2 and Uth is 7V.
