This paper based on the traditional technology that combination image processing with microscopic measurement, in view of the deblurring image, applied image reconstruction in microscopic measurement technology, intensified the precision .The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1. Described the knowledge of digital image processing. Compared with image enhancement, we had a systematic study to image reconstruction, and simulated the experiments with computer that image restoration. As a result, the precision is intensified in microscopic measurement, then proved its feasibility.2. For the image segmentation of the digital image processing, we chose the appropriate method of image segmentation through compared and studied to various methods;3. On the basis of measuring the point spread function of the system. Images are processed by the method of image reconstruction in order to make images clearer, then through image segmentation and image processing the slit width of precise microscopic measuring is realized with the two dimensional processing method. Beside, the technique is used to conveniently measure the size of the surface flaw of the specimen of niobic acid lithium (LiNbO3) domain-structure polarized under the ordinary optic microscope.4. Use this method to achieve the measurements to voids of ceramic tooth.
