Automated test equipment (ATE) and embedded test technology in the current business has been very widely used, the traditional manual testing has been unable to meet modern production speed and quality requirements. In order to improve efficiency and quality, production enterprises have to invest funds to improve their own testing equipment, and improving the test level.JETTA A2 centralized controller (JETTA A2 controller) is one of products produced by Suxing Appliance Limited Company of Zhangjiagang. This paper is about to design a complete set of automatic test system (ATS) based on cost and efficiency for this product.This ATS based on the platform of IPC can meet the need of the automatic test. Seif-made needle bed can acquisition the true value of critical control point on the products PCB.The ATS take advantage of the current sensors, data acquisition and processing, high-power programmable power supply and other advanced technology,and programming system to achieve the ICT products test online ,and greatly improving product testing speed and efficiency in solving the enterprise product testing problems encountered in the bottleneck. System has certain ports cushion to facilitate future scalability features. The system can be used to test other kinds of products if programmed again.This test system is also used in follow-up testing of electronic products, because he is based on JETTA A2, therefore, this paper is based on JETTA A2 products to the entire system design process. The system adopted by hundreds of thousands of times the actual product tests, the results proved to be stable and reliable, and the test data is saved in the system ,and this data can be traced when the product fail at any time.The article first introduced the topic of relevant background and technical basis, and then on the system's design and the specific hardware and software design process. Focus on the hardware modules and software modules of the design, with the requirements of real-time, and raise an effective solution. The article also referred to the system testing, EMC and the author experience of in the process. We can believe we have a guide to carry out similar design by the Design and Implementationof JETTA A2 ATS .
