| Entering into the 21st century,there is a growing new trend in space activities of the world, and also various countries are carrying out or planning a series of space exploration and space-based observation activities of the Earth, sun and the moon and other celestial bodies. In the formulation of a new space policy or mission plan, several strategic aspects such as systematic, comprehensive and forward-looking, are increasingly taken into account; the relationship of space activities, which is composed of earth science and applications, lunar exploration and solar observation, is concerned increasingly; the coordinated development of space technology, space science and space application is also increasingly emphasised on. With an eye to the fact that China's aerospace industry is facing the similar development opportunities and challenges, it is very necessary to study the approach of management and decision in planning process, implementation and applications, as well as relatedly researching, to advance viable patterns of method or systematic approachs in the formulation of space mission, to provide the theoretical support for the coordinated development.Based the study of the deployment of internal and foreign space missions , related space science research , in this report the concept of the research of Earth-Moon-Sun Large-Scale Systems namedly EMSS,would be defined ,and the research of the basic characteristics and the basic framework be analysed. In separating space mission planning into several key elements involved, the basic information processes is analyzed , and the basic architecture of EMSS data integration system is constructed . In setting evaluation system and conducting fuzzy comprehensive judgement, there are qualitative or quantitative analysis of the the relationship of main function modules in the data system , especial the selectivity relation between the main application areas and observation targets / parameters , also their two-dimensional matrix of selectivity is conceived . Moreover, the application of the data integration system in the some science mission of our lunar exploration is discussed. |
