Synthesis design for complicated engineering systems, in which a large number of designers, massive data resources, complicated design processes and software tools from various disciplinary are involved, is a process that should be specified in several design phases, and also a comprehensive system of people, resources, tools and processes. To satisfy the basic requirement of the union design, analysis and optimization of many specialities in the distributed collaborative environment, three key technologies of MDO(Multidisciplary Design Optimization) supporting AVIDM are researched in this paper. In the whole paper, DSM(Design Structure Matrix) method is used in the visualization model research of product design process, and the order of task executing and potential iterative design are expressed by graphics;DSM is optimized by Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing Algorithm, and coupling task block are decoupled by using task planning recombinant technologies; encapsulation pricinple for engineer anlysis software in common use is presented, and the groupware encapsulation based on file, spreadsheet and math expression is realized. Besides the encapsulationed toolkit is released as Web services based on SOA architecture, which can support resource sharing in distributed collaborative environment. Finally, the prototype system based on GEF(Graphical Editing Framework) frame-work and MVC(Module View Control) design pattern is realized, which is verified by satellite designing case.
