With the development of the electron,multimedia,and computer technology, image processing technology obtains infinitely advancement based on CCD(The Charge Coupled Device)and many kinds of image processing equipment have appeared.In the past 20 years,the CCD technology was applied to military and civil fields widely.The applications of measuring and monitoring are more and more popular,especially with the improvement of the industrial automation and the need of the industry condition.This paper proposes a method to obtain measurement information of Stem.That is a CCD based on automatic non-contact measuring system.With characteristic information gotten from image processing by VC++ software,exact geometric dimensions of Stem of different angles,and which are obtained rapidly to judge whether they are qualified products.By analyzing and studying detecting system's function principle,design system's mechanism configuration and image processing system based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing)chip,and verify system's detecting precision by experiment.This paper illustrates the working principle and establishment of full system and image collection system,gives details about mechanical structure and software that is responsible for image processing and result gaining.This measurement elementarily solves the problem of measuring precision and rapidity to real production.Thus it provides an efficient way to detect Stem precisely and rapidly and can do edge distilling for different dimensions,especially applies to a non-contact measurement parts appropriately.Using TMS320DM642 data collection system,this system adopts surface-array CCD sensor,utilizes VC++ to open up precise measure system,and effectively pledges system's real-time,high precision and high speed.
