Research And Realization Of Process Planning Service Based On SOA

Process plan is an extremely important work in Manufacture. The requirements to process plan system from modern manufacturing is not only practical and currency, but also integrated, parallel, network-based and so on. However, the traditional process plan systems can not meet these requirements. With the development of service-oriented thinking and modern computer network technology, there seems to be a new turn in solving these problems with process plan system based on SOA. According to the service-oriented thinking, the problems above can be solved easily by creating services with different granularity and functions, managing these services effectively, then building a process plan system based-on service-oriented architecture (Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA). Therefore, this thesis puts forward SOA framework of process plan services, studies the design and the realization of these services, and explores its management model and process control methods. In this thesis, studies are taken as follows:The SOA-based process services architecture is given systematically. The requirements of the structure of the SOA to process plan services as well as the form of the existence of services are analyzed, and the theories and technologies which are necessary to use in the service system are discussed.The definition, analysis, classification and implementation of process plan services are studied, and the messages transference and data interaction among the services are discussed. In order to bring the existing system into the architecture, the application system is treated as a series of services and how to achieve it is studied.In the research of the mode of Process plan services, the PSB (Process Service Bus) concept is offered as the basic service model, and how to achieve the service bus is mentioned.The idea of BPM (Business Process Management) is used in process plan services system, and how to divide process plan rules and process plan flows are researched so that more flexible processes can be provided to meet the different business users' actual demands.Finally, according to the practical application scenarios, how to combine an application system with process plan services are discussed, and the general steps of building the system are offered based on the analysis of the actual situation.
