Thermo-man testing is under the laboratory condition and high-intensity flames which can be controlled, these thermal sensors on the thermo-man wearing fireproofing clothes, measure and calculate the surface heat flux and temperature, which are passed from the tested clothes. According to the burning module, it can evaluate the probability of burning part and area of second-degree or third-degree burn injury and the effect of the heat protection of the clothes.This test is beyond the simple test of clothes fabrics, but it can overall assess heat insulation ability of multilayer fireproofing clothes. Meanwhile, it can estimate the influence on heat protection of fireproofing clothes, when the change of air thickness between the body and clothes. So this test method is more overall and integrative to show the situations of fireproofing clothes under different flames, better reflecting the fireproofing performance.This project of the designing and implementation of burn injury analysis software platform of thermo-man system, is from the actual demand of a certain institution. The establishment of thermo-man system will improve the level of detecting and designing fireproofing clothes, and it has great significance for improving soldiers' survival ability under the high-intensity flames.According to the basic requirement of the actual demand of a certain institution, this paper has researched several important theoretical issues about thermo-man system, skin model and burn injury model, and designed the burn injury analysis software platform. Furthermore, it has done further research and programming on data acquisition module, data process module and burn evaluation module. After practice code testing and application, the software platform satisfied the design requirement of burning pre-test.
