Since yahoo developed the first search engine in the word in 1994, search engine has received rapidly development. According to investigation, search engine has become the second application service besides Email in the net. So the related research is paid attention by expert more and more. Besides the improvement on search technology, nowadays, the evaluation on search engine becomes a hot issue. Many researches on search engine evaluation focus on technology. Research work is how to use technic index to build an authoritative evaluation system. But the ultimately aim of search engine is to provide service for users. Whether a search engine can get ahead depend on how many users using it. If technique advantage can't translate into demand for user, the search engine is not admitted. So the search engine evaluation should be from the point of user, analyses the users'preference and make user experience as the important reference on evaluation. This paper firstly summarizes existed literature and screen out related index from a user perspective. Through factor analysis build search engine integration model. Then through questionnaire investigation validate the model. After that we assort the customers according to the using trait, and summarize the differences between different customers who aim at different index and offer the guidance for the direction to the search engine using SPSS.Besides, with the rapid development of search engine technology, the content of search engine is more and more abundant and the service functions are stronger. The expand of search content is faster than the renovation of technology, which bring new reference for search engine evaluation. So we do further research in this respect, using the method of demonstration research and statistic analysis. Then assort the customers according to the using trait, and summarize the differences between different customers who aim at different service functions and offer the guidance for the direction to the search engine.
