Security System Design And Realization Of JiNan Cigarette Factory

Security systems has been playing an important role in the protection of political, military, cultural, and living facilities. With the rapid development of networks, communications and multimedia technology, digital networking and intelligent security system has become an important research topic.In order to expand the scale of production, raising the technological level, General Group, JiNan cigarette factory started the technological transformation projects in September 2006. The new plant covers an area of 1000 mu, including production, office and living areas more than 20 buildings. How the construction and future operation of the new plant to carry out effective security protection is an urgent problem.Based on the inspection of the new factory, we designed a powerful and advanced security system which is based on digital network technology. The system is used for real-time protection of the new plant and management. To guarantee the safety of property and normal production is of great significance. At the same time the system can be used to access the important rooms and channels, prevent the entry of unauthorized person, and record the personal identity and time information. It is conducive to improving the whole security management level.In this paper, we designed the whole system, including digital video systems, access control systems and anti-theft alarm system. The 3 separate subsystems are also interactive. Based on the analysis of the subsystem needs, we designed and selected the equipment.Then it introduced the application of Honeywell EBI and DVM software in details, and the researching of linkage between the 3 subsystems.We also designed the security network system which is established based on the third layer interaction and VLAN technology. For the high traffic of video transmission in the network, we put forward a network congestion control theory based on Kalman filter and RTCP feedback theory to ensure the stable transmission.We showed the deeply reseach of network communications, streaming media transmission, the applications of DVM and EBI software, signal processing, and network congestion control theory in this paper. We gave the solutions of the practical engineering problems by the in-depth analysis. This system plays an important role in the transformation projects of JiNan cigarette factory, and its success will solve the security problems.And its design ideas for a broad range of areas and more comprehensive security system also has some practical value.
