The research about network integration technology will make use of characteristics of various networks to implement smart functions and strong compatibility about all kinds of corresponding operations. It will make all kinds of networks work better, and improve the technologies about data transmission, network route,Qos control, network dependability, modulation, demodulation atc. Network integration technology will improve the level of network application, attract more users of networks and avoid monopolization of information industry. In this paper we analyse transmission included three criterions of CATV, xDSL technology of telephone network and the 3G technology. On the other hand we learn technologies about data processing, data exchange, routing and network business. after that we work out the conclusion that network integration is necessary and feasible. In this paper mainstream protocols of network have been analysed. Data transmission standards and programs of network integration have been compared and demonstrated. A reasonable and efficient network integration method has been found. later, particular analyse and realization has been made.Considering security of the network integration equipment, IPSec has been realized in this set. According to the specialty that IKE of IPSec is eazy to be attacked by Denial of Service attack, we analysed the network enviroment and the characteristics of all kinds of attackers. A method has been found to avoid this attack, and it is available because it has been testified by theoretical analysis and simulation. According to the analyse above a network integration equipment has been designed which has been used in distance education system successfuly.
