The Analysis And Design Of Henan Tax Revenue Analysis Data Acquisition Systems

Henan Tax Revenue Analysis Data Acquisition Systems (HTRADAS) is to strengthen the collection and management of Henan IRS data analysis applications, improve the level of application of the data acquisition and analysis of building systems. The main objective of the building: Through the collection of assessment data collection and timely tax administration found to the problems existing in strengthening Tax Monitoring, lay a solid foundation based on the collection and management, plug tax loopholes, and data collection and verification of accuracy.It is noted that, through the whole project design cycle including the self-developed loushang platform as the technology platform. The major goal of HTRADAS deployment is to requirements analyzing and system designing. This paper will present analyses and design for GDP Data Input Module, Auxiliary Economy Data Input Module, Industrial Value-added Tax Revenue Direct Input Module, The National Average Tax Burden Moudle , Unitied Input Moudle and so on.Based on the detailed analyses for the project background and HTRADAS current status for provinces nationally, this paper presents the major issue must be solved and presents the whole system descriptions. Further more, it gives the detailed requirement analyses and system architecture. To illustrate, some topical samples are used to show how system modules are designed and implemented. At the end of the paper, it describes the detailed design for the most difficult and important module, Data validation Module and Unitied data input Moudle.In this paper, the following key issues are solved:First, to enable users to facilitate data input, the system uses ChinaExcel loushang embedded in the software platform used for generating forms templates, users can directly to the pages of data replication paste.Secondly, the provincial municipal users to input data disting- -uishable from the useId to distinguish between users, the second entry should be municipal and provincial data has been input validation, pop-up tips to be inconsistencies in the dialog box. Make provincial and municipal departments input the same data consistency.Third, in the system design, no single pointer failure architecture is adopted. High Availability cluster and SAN storage is used for mainframe matrix. Parallel and partitioned database will greatly increase the whole performance for this secured system.
