The Study And Implementation Of BSS Based On Java Open Source Frameworks

With the rapid development of the communication networks technology, the demands of people for broadband and business are growing rapidly, in order to provide more flexible and diversiform existing or new business to users, to provide users more personalized service, the concept of the next generation network has been proposed. The Softswitch technology is the point of the next generation communication network solutions. BSS(Business Support System) and OSS(Operation Support System) are known as the BOSS system together, is an important support for the Softswitch platform, is an important symbol of the change that telecommunications operators comes to the "customer-centric" business model from the original "business-centric" operations model.With the networks and web technology development and diffusion, to develop enterprise-level applications based on the B/S have become the mainstream. In fact, J2EE is the industry standard of Java technology in the development of an enterprise-class application. J2EE is a truly open, scalable standard framework, a platform-independent, applicable to the integration of multiple systems, the system's scalability, high security requirements of enterprise applications. J2EE itself provided some framework. For example, Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) container or Servlet Engine. However, J2EE is not support good for programming, J2EE platform could not provide a satisfactory application programming model. Now, some of the outstanding open-source frameworks compensate for this shortage. They provide a wealth of technical documentation, a professional team behind to support, and all are free of charge. These are going to be "standardized" solutions for enterprise-level applications, BSS uses these open-source J2EE application architecture based on Struts + Spring + Hibernate framework.This paper focuses on the following issues:(1) Analysis of the classic MVC architecture, hierarchical design, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and other open-source frameworks' technical characteristics and methods. (2) Implementation of the open source J2EE application framework with Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework.(3) Described the overall structure of BSS, Implementation of function and design methods of verification.At present, BSS uses Jboss as server, running stably on the Linux platform. BSS has good stability, security, portability and scalability.
