The quartz resonant force sensor is one kind of digital sensors which has begun to be put into practical use in recent years. The purpose of the research in this paper is to design a kind of wireless data collection system with quartz resonance force sensor, for the detection of the steel structure in large building.Firstly, the force-frequency effect of AT-cut symmetrical incomplete circular quartz resonator is validated in this dissertation, with the research result and the new techniques of sensor produced, quartz resonator force sensor with high accuracy is designed. On the basis of the above work, the corresponding loading structure is designed, and the micro-controller is used as the central control unit, the hardware and the software are designed. As to the part of the design of load structure and hardware, ways such as minimizing the size of structure,circuit as small as possible, and low power dissipation are adopted; in the part of the software, the techniques such as the way of multi-cycle synchronism to measure the frequency and digital filter are employed in this system which make it has the feature of convenience and reliance. Then a practical smart sensor system is shaped.Secondly, the method using the quartz resonant force sensor's out-put frequency sampling differential values to eliminate the sensing error caused by the temperature drift, without any other temperature compensation components and circuits, is presented. Principle of the differential method depressing the drift noise is analyzed in this paper, the algorithm corresponding for the quartz resonant force sensor is offered.Finally, aiming at the problem that wireless transfers of smart sensors, a design scheme of sensors wireless data collection based on MCU MSP430F123 and TRF6900, wireless RF transmitting/receiving chip of Ti Company, is put forward, a wireless data collection system of smart sensors is built, hardware design methods and software flow chats are presented.
