The Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On PHP Technology And Three-tier B/S Model

Along with the internet technology and IT technology advancing , OAS application has increased rapidly. The technology was broadly applied in the daily work of government,enterprise and school. Therefore,developing a successful office application system will conducive to improve the effectiveness of a team's work. Based on the cooperation with Shaoxing Occupation Education Center and the practical condition of the project, the author consulted a great number of documents and then designed the OAS of the Center after thorough study. As a result, this system is very successful based on the PHP technology and three lay B/S pattern.At first the paper introduces the concept of OAS based on web ,and its development at home and abroad,significance of developing automatic official software. Furthermore,The paper analyses and discusses the relevant technology such as PHP, every layer customer service platform ,working flow and knowledge management. Based on relevant technology and the practical condition of Shaoxing Occupation Education Center,I designed the general structure of the system in which the function was divided into five divisions listed as follow: the personal office,document management, user and purview management,the log management. This paper ends with a summarization of the designing experience during the process and a exploration of solutions in the next designing stage. In the end ,this paper discovery the existent problem and settlement method,across the broad summarize the whole development process.This system now has comparatively high theoretical and practical significance, for it can help handle daily work efficiently and fulfill all kinds of work effectively.
