Computer Telephone Integration(CTI) is a new developing computer and communication technology.CTI becomes very active application on the basis of technology of the computer,network and communication.The Call Center(CC) is a replying center that treats with the phone call from client.With the rapid development of telecommunication and computer,the solution based on CTI has been become the primary solution of the CC.Firstly,the paper reviews the history,evolution,and meaning of call center system,clarifies the background of research and primary task.Secondly, it describes the essential principle,the whole scheme,and relational technique.Thirdly,it details the design and the realization of the system. The system is designed in term of mode of client/server,utilizing board, improving the performance effectively,and whole the system can achieve function of generic call center system just using one speech board.Finally, it implements a non-synthesis Call Center system in PC platform and applies it to the client service system.Now,the utility and efficiency of system is approved by application in the telephone score found identification system.
