With the rapid development of modern aviation technology, requests to the airplane various parts' performance examination is getting more and more strict. Airplane tyre's mechanics characteristic is very important to the airplane's stability and the security, and the static mechanical properties test to the Airplane tyre also make the development toward the high accuracy and reliable. The pressure load test and the largest load destructive test is an important part of static mechanical tests and directly related to the quality of the Airplane tyre and the quality for the actual flight service.Starting with the actual project, the transformation for a pressure testbed control system was proceeded. Based on the lack of precision and poor stability of the original control system, a design of the control System based on fuzzy self-adaptive PID was designed. For solving the problem that PID parameters are not suited which caused by the Airplane tyre's stiffness, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm is introduced,In this dissertation, the design of SY02 pressure testbed control system based on fuzzy self-adaptive PID is discussed in detail. The mainly design include the design of hardware and control system software part based on the fuzzy self-adaptive PID, research and the analysis of the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm. In the design, system obtained the initial PID parameters through setting the parameters appropriately, and modified fuzzy control rules automatically by the introduction of online learning links to optimizate control rules on-line. Made a simulation study for the controller based on fuzzy self-adaptive PID , a comparison research on PID control result was built. The result prove that it can improve the performance significantly.Based on this designs, it achieved the exploitation of the PC application software and the system got the desired effect.
