| For the problem that there exists the entirely dependence on the subjective assessment expert advice easily emerge accreditation standards in the issue of bias during the assessment process of Undergraduate Innovation Platform Fund Projects, a model based on artificial immune system and intelligent decision support model with the solution means to the analysis of project evaluation and implementation.
