As the development of domestic informatization construction, more and more management information systems are put into operation. How to solve the problem of Information Isolated Island to implement data exchange and sharing has become one of the important research areas. The author made a lot of research on message routing which is one of the key problems in building Information Sharing Platform (ISP) and implemented the relevant software system.After studying the component, architechure and implementation of ISP, the author , according to the actual deploy feature,pays much attention to the network topology both on star and tree network,thus defines and classifies the data content transfered on the ISP. Besides, the author searched into two data transfer modes supported by the ISP and routing strategies base on different data transfer modes, which include request-response mode and content-based publish-subscribe mode. Finally, the formation of data interchange is also discussed in the paper.On the basis of the research and study, Information Sharing Platform has been implemented in Windows Server 2003. This system is divided into two parts, the Platform Server-side and Application-side, which implements platform service, message routing, message queues, dispatching management and configuration management. The system prototype which is introduced in this paper has been put into operation initially in data exchange system of a government interior department.All the work discussed above is presented in this paper. The analysis, design and implementation of ISP server-side and application-side are emphasized. Also, some algorithms and codes of the system implementation are presented in this paper.
