Researching into better restoration algorithms for engineering application, identification of motion blurred parameter by using fuzzy set, suppressing ring effect in restored image are main problems to be solved. Basic theories are introduced on motion blur image, image degeneration model, and factors of image quality evaluation. To enhance FFT calculation speed, a new inverse order method is put forward. Operation speed is obvious better than traditional algorithm. Three restoration principles of constrained least square method, wiener filter, and neural net work are explained. Experiment results show the restoration effect of wiener filter and calculation time are both better than other methods. The reasons of frequency spectrum difference of manual and real blur image are analyzed from the view of math, explain serious ring effect reasons of real blur image restoration. Comparing the suppressing ring effect results of recycle edge method and optimized window method, finally the combining wiener filtering and optimized window is adopted to restore blur image in the paper.
