Image photographed by unmanned scout with high speed has blur phenomenon, blur image causes target is recognized difficultly, so it must be restored. Researching into better restoration algorithms for engineering application, suppressing ring effect in restored image, and restoration algorithm realized with hardware platform, are main problems to be solved.Basic theories are introduced on motion blur image, such as the character of image noise, properties of Fourier Transform about the image, image degeneration model, and factors of image quality evaluation. To enhance FFT calculation speed, a new inverse order method is put forward to, it needn't do operation on every bit of data, it needn't carry out the judgment of data shifting, saves N*log2N(N is the number of data) on shifting judgment; operation speed is obvious better than traditional algorithm with the increasing of N.Four restoration principles of inverse-filtering, constrained least square method, wiener filtering, and Richardson-Lucy are explained, doing restoration experiments aiming at every method on condition of noise and no noise, experiment results show the restoration effect of wiener filter and calculation time are both better than other methods.The frequency spectrums of point spread function and blur image are introduced,...
