The Optimization In Chemical Industry And Its Application Based On PSO

With the development of industry, control targets become more complex. And control requirements improved constantly. The implementation of advanced control algorithms is necessary to control the production process more smoothly. How to identify the model parameters correctly and tune the controller parameters is very important.The concept of PSO is simple and easy to implement. Also it has the profound intelligence background. PSO is suitable for scientific research and application. This paper describes the method for identifying closed-loop model parameters of control system with PSO in chemical industry. The first thing is to estimate the order and the time delay of the model with PSO and wavelet transform. And then use PSO to identify the model parameters of the closed-loop system. This method is simple and reliable. It's able to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently and identify the model accurately. It can get a great accuracy in a short period of time to set parameters for the controller. The production process proved that the results are excellent with the control parameters which are tuned by the method mentioned in this paper. The process has little overshoot and oscillation. The process can reach the set value quickly. Stability and robustness of the control system has been improved obviously.This paper also presented the multi-scale model predictive control with PSO to solve large-scale coordination problem. The use of Kingview in the development of temperature control operating system has also been mentioned.This paper also describes the multi-scale model predictive control with PSO to solve large-scale coordination problems. The simulation results show that multi-scale model predictive control can be a very good solution of controller coordination problems.DDE makes communication between Matlab and Kingview into effect. And it gives full play to their advantages. The use of Kingview and collocation of multiple interfaces in the development of temperature control operating system has also been mentioned. The system works very well in the project.
