HAZID is the short form of Hazard Identification.And many kinds of HAZID methods have been developed at home and abroad Among them, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) is a wider application. Traditional HAZOP analysis mainly rely on manual completed, the existence of time-consuming, laborious, costly and incomplete analysis, and other shortcomings, in recent years become a security HAZOP analysis of computer-aided research in the field of one of the hot spots.Faced with batch process, the general SDG (Signed Directed Graph) model has been difficult to meet the requirement. This article presents a new batch process of active SDG modeling theory, is against failure and misuse of the mechanism, in simplify the Petri Net modeling process on the basis of the great expansion of the risk of failure and the coverage, and fully Able to meet more deviation spread, the error in the multi-step transfer of requirements, and also to resolve a row between the batch process and the Continuous process error transmission problems, including the largest chemical batch process during the HAZOP computer-aided modeling to become an organic whole. At the same time solve the model and subsequent risk of failure and maximize the coverage of both issues.
