This paper solved some problems in DC speed regulation by the combination control of PID and fuzzy . First the paper simulated the PID control of DC motor and gained predictional results. According to the regulation parameters of PID. Control was complicated owing to the large scale of the change in parameters. By simulation, it was greatly simplified of by control based on generic algorithm .Then this paper analysised fuzzy self control of DC motor. By simulation, it showed that the controller was better characterized not only by its qualities of dynamical and stational but also anti—disturbance and adaptivities to the changing parameters.Focus on the ordinary DC speed regulation in engineer, the paper illustrated in detail double close loop DC speed regulation of the PID control, simulated respectively the characteristics of the dynamics and anti—disturbance of circle and speed loop. Simulation showed that the system had no over-tuning overcomed the affects of the changes of loading and the ripple of electrical net voltage, etc. Thus, had good qualities of dynamical and stational. Although it was simply constructed, it was not the best to get better control performance only by regulating parameters , such as to overcome larger disturbance to improve dynamic quality. Accordingly , the paper illustrated the application of fuzzy control in the double close loop DC speed regulation. Compared with traditional PID control ,control effects have been greatly improved by fuzzy control ,which characterized by its stronger anti—disturbance ,quick response and good dynamics.
